By scheduling cleaning services with Trina's Cleaning LLC, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Scheduling and Cancellation
- Services are scheduled by appointment
- 24-hour notice is required for cancellations
- Same-day cancellations may incur a fee
- We will contact you if we need to reschedule
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, check, or electronic payment
- Recurring services may be billed monthly
- Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts
Liability and Insurance
- Trina's Cleaning LLC is bonded and insured
- We take responsibility for damage caused by our negligence
- Pre-existing damage should be noted before service
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service
Client Responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the property
- Secure or remove valuable/fragile items
- Provide clear instructions for specific needs
- Ensure pets are secured during service
