Service Agreement

By scheduling cleaning services with Trina's Cleaning LLC, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Scheduling and Cancellation

  • Services are scheduled by appointment
  • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations
  • Same-day cancellations may incur a fee
  • We will contact you if we need to reschedule

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept cash, check, or electronic payment
  • Recurring services may be billed monthly
  • Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

Liability and Insurance

  • Trina's Cleaning LLC is bonded and insured
  • We take responsibility for damage caused by our negligence
  • Pre-existing damage should be noted before service
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide safe access to the property
  • Secure or remove valuable/fragile items
  • Provide clear instructions for specific needs
  • Ensure pets are secured during service
