What cleaning services do you offer?

We provide a full range of residential, commercial, and rental property cleaning — including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out services, post-construction clean-ups, and specialty jobs like kitchens, bathrooms, and organization projects.

Do you offer ongoing cleaning contracts? Weekly or monthly?

Yes! Many of our clients choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings to keep their homes or businesses consistently fresh. We can customize a plan that works for your schedule and budget.

What's included in a deep clean vs a standard clean?

Standard Clean: Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, kitchen surfaces, bathroom cleaning, trash removal.

Deep Clean: Everything in a standard clean, plus baseboards, inside appliances, detailed scrubbing, light fixtures, vents, and other hard-to-reach areas.

We treat every home like it's our own, but in the rare case of damage, we will take responsibility and work with you to make it right.

Supplies & Process

What supplies do you use? Can I request eco-friendly options?

We bring our own professional-grade cleaning supplies. If you prefer eco-friendly or hypoallergenic products, just let us know — we're happy to accommodate.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you don't need to be home. Many clients provide us with access instructions, and we lock up securely when we're done. We can also work while you're home — whatever you're most comfortable with.

What should I do to prepare before cleaners arrive?

We recommend picking up personal items and clearing surfaces so we can focus on cleaning. If you have special instructions, just let us know ahead of time.

Pricing & Scheduling

Why is the initial cleaning more expensive? How long does it take?

The first cleaning is usually a deep clean, which takes extra time and detail work to bring everything up to our standard. After that, maintenance cleanings are quicker and more affordable.

How far in advance should I book? What's your cancellation policy?

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends or holidays. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee, but we always try to be flexible in emergencies.

How quickly can you start?

Most new customers can be scheduled within 3-5 days. For urgent cleaning needs, we often have same-week availability.
